Khwaja Masum Bellah Kausarey is the founding “Chairman” as well as  Md. Rakibul Islam is the founding “General Secretary” of this organization. When this organization was first formed, it has reached this position today by crossing many ups and downs and behind it’s the love, sacrifice and passion of many people. This organization has stood beside the poor and helpless people with various programs at different times for the needs of the helpless, destitute disabled. Not begging, not stealing, not corruption, not in any dishonest way – a blind family is making relentless efforts to make a living by using hard work and talent.

Thinking about the helpless and distressed people, the organization has sometimes extended the hand of relief activities, sometimes humanitarian assistance to the helpless people to bring a smile on their faces. However, one of the important tasks of this organization is to empower those people who cannot enjoy this beautiful world in two eyes and so that they do not live at the mercy of others, so their life-oriented or self-work oriented action plan has been taken. At present, more than 50 projects have been completed under this organization and more than 20 projects are ongoing.
